環氧地坪漆涂料施工后，由于被涂物表面存在或是混入涂料中異物，例如：油、水的影響，致使環氧地坪漆涂料附著不均勻，而產生抽縮使得涂膜無法遮蓋下一層油漆表面的現象。這種涂膜弊病會在剛涂裝完漆后，或是在干燥后產生，直徑多為0.1~0.2mm的縮孔，存在于圓孔內有顆粒的稱之為魚眼。

After the application of epoxy floor paint, because of the presence of foreign substances on the surface of the coated or mixed into the paint, such as oil and water, the adhesion of epoxy floor paint is not uniform, resulting in shrinkage, which makes the film unable to cover the next layer of paint surface. This film defect will occur after painting, or after drying. The diameter of shrinkage holes is mostly 0.1-0.2 mm. The existence of particles in the round holes is called fish eye. 

環氧樹脂地坪漆產生魚眼現象的原因：

Reasons for Fisheye Phenomenon in Epoxy Resin Floor Paint:

1、所選涂料表面張力偏高，流平性差，對縮孔的敏感性較大;或稀釋劑添加過量。

1. The selected coatings have high surface tension, poor leveling, high sensitivity to shrinkage, or excessive addition of diluents.

2、施工過程中，在底層的油脂清漆沒有干透就上第二道清漆，導致收縮或針孔。

2. During the construction process, the second varnish is applied to the bottom layer of grease varnish without drying thoroughly, resulting in shrinkage or pinholes.

3、使用雙組分涂料在使用前，沒經熟化就直接進行涂裝。

3. Before using the two-component coating, the coating is directly carried out without ripening.

4、環氧地坪漆施工工具、工作服、手套等不干凈或是挑起工具及設備不潔凈，涂裝場所的環境空氣不清潔。

4. The floor paint construction tools, work clothes, gloves, etc. are not clean or the lifting tools and equipment are not clean. The ambient air in the painting place is not clean.

5、施工場相對于環氧樹脂地坪漆施工溫度要求太低或是濕度過高。

環氧樹脂地坪漆魚眼現象預防辦法：

Preventive Measures for Fisheye Phenomenon in Epoxy Resin Floor Lacquer:

a、在研制和選用涂料時，要注意涂料對縮孔的敏感性。

A. In the development and selection of coatings, attention should be paid to the sensitivity of the coatings to shrinkage.

b、應在底層油脂清漆充分干燥之后再進行第二道的施工。

B. The second construction should be carried out after the bottom grease varnish is fully dried.

c、進行雙組分涂料調配后，需要熟化一段時間才可以進行施工的。

C. After the two-component coating is prepared, it needs to be ripened for a period of time before construction can be carried out.

d、確保環氧地坪涂裝環境的清潔，空氣中應無大量的塵埃、油污和氣霧，嚴禁裸手、戴臟手套和用臟擦布接觸被涂物表面。

D. Ensure the cleanliness of the epoxy floor painting environment. There should be no dust, grease and mist in the air. No bare hands, dirty gloves and dirty wipes are allowed to contact the surface of the coating.

e、應注意施工場所的溫度和濕度達到標準，方可施工。

E. Attention should be paid to the temperature and humidity of the construction site to meet the standard before construction can be carried out.
